All staff were extremely friendly and helpful (e.g. gave us great advice on the best ride hailing app to use). There were many thoughtful details such as umbrellas when it was raining and mosquito coils lit every evening (even though we didn’t notice many bugs in the area). The rooms were cleaned thoroughly every day during our stay and we always had everything we needed. The pool was clean and perfect for a refreshing dip. Pool towels and drying rack were provided.

Unbeatable location on Kata beach, modern and spacious rooms, great attention to detail, delicious food and exceptional staff. We couldn’t recommend this place enough. The staff and the service here are truly next level, we’ll definitely come back

Floor-to-ceiling window allows plenty of natural daylight. The luxury bathroom features a separate bathtub and walk-in shower with premium bath amenities. Pool Villas have a private swimming pool for utmost privacy. The service in Renaissance was beyond excellent. Everyone greeted us with a smile, and made it a point to ensure we had a comfortable stay. (Special shoutout to Golf who gave my husband and I a wonderful evening yoga class, the other gym instructor (couldn't catch his name) who always welcomed us to the gym with a bright smile and R who was always making sure my husband and I had an amply supply of water and were comfortable when we hung out at the poolside.) The entire resort was very clean, including all the toilets within the resort. All the facilities are very well equipped, from the gym and the changing room within the gym, to the pool. The 2 restaurants in Renaissance, Loco Vore and Takieng, served excellent food as well! The breakfast buffet was amazing - I would highly recommend any guests to the accomodation to include it in your stay.

Phuket Airport Hotel - SHA Extra Plus is the closest hotel to Phuket International Airport. Although only 400 metres away, it features minimal airport noise. An outdoor pool, free 24-hour airport transfers and a free Wi-Fi throughout the property. perfect location, modern and clean. free shuttle to and from airport, lovely staff and great restaurant next door.
