Exceptional location, service, with friendly welcoming staff who went above and beyond to make sure we enjoyed our time in New Zealand. Everything was immaculate and so well done. Getting to pet the ponies and sheep and donkeys while enjoying the beautiful view of the lake was a bonus!

Ripple Rotorua is 3 minutes’ walk from the Skyline Rotorua’s scenic gondola luge rides, Rotorua Canopy Tours, Mitai Maori Village and Zorb. Rotorua Airport is 15 km away.
We rarely extend our stay but this was the case. Extremely nice staff, a lot of amenities, nice location next to skyline, hot tube and swimming pool, breakfast in good price to the room plus, the pearl in the corona, the restaurant. This place have everything you need to be happy!

Clean, tidy, no-pressure helpful staff. Thoughtful extras like bath-salts, Nespreso, Sky TV, and much more. Great quality shower and spa pool. hotel was fully booked, but there were still free parking spots.

Set in spacious park-like surroundings, Wylie Court Motor Lodge features a heated swimming pool. All accommodation includes free Wi-Fi and satellite TV. Most accommodation offers a private spa or plunge pool. My family and I decided last minute to head down to rotorua for the night. The best decision we ever made as whanau. We felt very welcomed from start to end. Rooms were amazing clean tidy and enough room so we could all sit together and eat. Pool was amazing couldn’t have asked for better.

What is not to like about the property. The boutique hotel offered all the luxury one could wish for. Centrally located, modern and affordable.
The staff were so accommodating. We hosted a Bachollette Party at the resort. They allowed us such flexibility to set up the restuarant . Food was delicious . The rooms very comfortable..suit has stunning views . Lovely lake walk , warm pool perfect for kids as its shallow next to spa pool and sauna . Cold pool has stunning views. Accommodation had everything we needed. And it's very affordable. We are booking to come back in a few months. Cant wait !

Lovely boutique hotel - very comfortable and centrally located.
The Black Swan is a gorgeous hotel that has been tastefully designed for luxury and comfort. Our room had a view over the lake and our own outdoor fire should we wish to sit outside. the staff were super friendly and did everything they could to make our stay special. the grounds were manicured and would be very special in summer. This is the type of hotel you come to stay and relax in, rather than heading out to explore.
I liked the following - The interior designing, the lighting, the views out the window...the restaurant area the breakfast...the staff and service were friendly and prompt... the cleanliness of the rooms and the building!
Views are absolutely stunning and the property is gorgeous, really cool design and the bedrooms all have amazing views. Cosy living space with the fireplace too.
We were here for a little bit of luxury and relaxation for our babymoon ;). Stunningly beautiful location and facilities, the staff were so friendly and accommodating especially Kym and one of the highlights were the incredible breakfasts. We also enjoyed a delicious dinner at the restaurant. Beautiful cosy conservatory space and gorgeous outlook over the lake all round. Room was lovely too and we enjoyed the sparkling water. Also made use of the pool and spas.
