Offering an outdoor swimming pool, a massage parlour and a spa and wellness centre, The Gulaal is located in Jaisalmer. It is 1 km from Jaisalmer Fort, Gadisar Lake and Jaisalmer Folklore Museum. The property offers free parking. Hotel Gulaal is THE BEST! The rooms are really comfy and nice, the location is great and the service is unparalleled. Service - all around the service is 10/10 but what really sets them apart is how they go above and beyond. I unfortunately left our passports and some cash in a desk drawer in our room and didn’t realize until we reached Jodhpur a 6 hour train ride away. Victor went out of his way to figure out how to get it all to me. Not 24 hours later I had my passports and all of my cash. I’m so immensely grateful to him for taking the time and urgency to get this to us. Rooms/facilities - the room we had was spacious and the bed was so soft and comfy. The Haveli courtyards are beautiful and the swimming pool is really nice. We spent way too much time in the shaded chairs by the pool jumping in whenever we needed to cool off. Location - it is outside of the fort but that worked really nicely for us. We walked 15 minutes to the fort every morning until it got hot, then took a tuktuk back to eat breakfast at the hotel. Then we’d hang out at the pool all day, then go back to the fort for golden hour, sunset and dinner. Then walk back at night. It was nice to have some separation and quietness at the hotel. Plus walking back was really fun to see the city not just the fort. Food - breakfast was included and really good. Highly recommend masala cheese omelette (masala means mixed in this case - tomato, cilantro, onion and peppers). For lunch we ordered masala papad, cheese naan and mango lassi by the pool - all delicious. We had one dinner at the hotel and shared malai kofta - it was just OK compared to other malai kofta we have had. Overall highly recommend this hotel for your trip to Jaisalmer!

Hot/cold shower facilities are included in the en suite bathroom. This place is just amazing. The decore is very stylish, the rooms big and very comfortable. The staff at the hotel is super helpful and very sweet! Food and breakfast were super good, and the location is perfect for visiting Jaisalmer fort. Highly recommended!

Located in Jaipur City’s Bani Park, this majestic 18th century heritage style hotel offers spacious rooms with intricate furnishings, exceptional mirror artwork and free WiFi access. Umaid Mahal also houses an outdoor pool with artwork and a rooftop restaurant. The room was spacious and very well equipped with a great desk and seating area. Everything was immaculately clean - perhaps the cleanest place we have stayed at in our month in India! Staff were lovely. Restaurant food was good. Great value for money!

Built in traditional style, Umaid Bhawan, located in Jaipur has beautifully carved balconies, attractive courtyards, open terraces, lovely garden and comfortable rooms with antique furnishings. It offers a swimming pool with Fresco Miniature paintings and a rooftop restaurant. Free WiFi and parking are provided. This place is amazing! It feels like we are royals living in a a palace. So much art and intricate designs all over the hotel including yhe bed room. There were also a lot of old photos from history. The furtintures were also next level. Suffice to say, everything exceeded our expectations! This is a must stay! This is the best accomodation during our 12 days trips around India across 4 cities and 5 accommodations! The place was clean and the staff were really nice too!
