It was 90% granola and 10 % yoghurt, so dry that my mum had to ask for more yoghurt to make it edible, at which point she was offered the smallest portion of yoghurt I have ever seen. Apart from this, everything was perfect and the apartments have a lot of character and are tastefully decorated, very quiet at night too.

Centrally located, just 19 minutes' walk from Edinburgh Castle, A Room in the City - West is set in a building dating back to 1700s. The setting was cozy, comfortable and elegant. The hosts were welcoming, kind and accommodating. I especially enjoyed the morning breakfast, claw foot tub, and king sized bed. The location was perfect for seeing all the sites in the city. I would travel to Edinburgh just to stay here again.
