The only access to the bedrooms are the stairs. If you cannot manage stairs, then you can only take advantage of the cabin, which is a ground floor accommodation, if it is available. The upstairs rooms are suitable for a couple of average to small size. If you are really tall, it may not be comfortable for you, but if you are really tall, then you are probably used to having to make things work. Select rooms offer kitchen facilities and balconies with mountain views. Our place was very clean and it was facing the mountains and gardens away from the streets with cars. The kitchenette was well equipped with efficiency and the bathroom was luxurious and new. The location was super for visiting near by lakes and walking to trail heads.

The room was very nice and very clean. The breakfast is delicious and the hotel has everything to have a great time, games, hot tub, fire pit with complimentary smores.

Select rooms include a balcony. Staff are friendly, and room was huge with a great view! The hotel is right on Banff ave and close to a gas station if you need anything quickly. The bed was very comfortable and the room was nice and well kept. Also has one of the largest pools we’ve had in Banff! We will definitely return!

This apartment-style property is nestled in a secluded area on Tunnel Mountain and offers stunning views of Banff town centre and the surrounding mountains. The resort features apartments with full kitchens and wood-burning fireplaces. The Staff and the location are lovely. It was great that we were given a bus pass each. The lineb is clean and the beds comfortable.
