This property feels like home, or like family. If you are the kind of traveler who likes to have interaction with your host, this is a great fit fo you. You can expect to be well taken care of here. The host will personally greet you, invite you in to have a glass of warm mulled wine, and then spread out maps and guide books on the table to quickly orient you to the town of Banff. Breakfast will be the highlight of your day, as she prepares eggs to order and has fresh baked muffins set out on the table. This perfect location allows you to easily walk to anything you would need. multiple stops nearby to catch a free ski shuttle to any of the 3 local ski resorts. The only access to the bedrooms are the stairs. If you cannot manage stairs, then you can only take advantage of the cabin, which is a ground floor accommodation, if it is available. The upstairs rooms are suitable for a couple of average to small size. If you are really tall, it may not be comfortable for you, but if you are really tall, then you are probably used to having to make things work. If you are lucky enough to book your room here, you will never forget this experience! A great way to fall in love with Banff.

Fab location on the Main Street in Banff, easy to walk to everything. Plenty of parking (although this did fill up quickly), loved the hot tubs on the roof for an evening dip and the attached restaurant is well rated, the food was nice. Overall a really nice stay just for one night in Banff
