The Nala Individuellhotel is located in the centre of Innsbruck, 800 metres from the Golden Roof. It offers a restaurant serving Italian cuisine, a small fitness centre with an infrared cabin, and free WiFi access. Friendly staff. It was my birthday and the hotel upgraded me to a better room. It was such a nice surprise!

Free WiFi is available in all areas. Property was in a great location to shops, river and spectacular views of river. Melinda(? From Zurich) was super professional and helpful. The golden pool/sauna was fantastic. The bar and restaurant staff were super nice.

All units have a balcony overlooking the alpine landscape and the picturesque Dolomites Mountain Range. A flat-screen TV with satellite channels as well as a private bathroom is provided. Some rooms and the studios also have a well-equipped kitchenette. Everything was perfect. Babsi was very nice and friendly. The view from the balcony is worth a million. If I could i would get 11 points of ten.
