A true relaxation highlight is the 550 m² Sky Spa with a spacious panorama sauna, bio sauna, textile sauna, aroma steam bath, infinity sky pool, the option of massage treatments and a small fitness area with state-of-the-art training equipment: All areas have a first-class mountain view. The staff is so friendly and service orriented! Everything is so well organized and maintained! The breakfast is exceptional. When we visited there was a big power outage (24hrs!) in the village. The hotel however has a very good generator so everything kept functioning. Even more, the staff remained positive and friendly.

The Wallackhaus features a winter garden and restaurant with mountain views. In winter, a spa area with a sauna, a steam bath, and an infrared cabin can be used by guests. There is also a relaxation room with panoramic mountain views, and the new Sky Bar. The hotel is close to the panoramic road, so the rooms have a wonderful view of the mountains. The staff is very helpful. Very nice atmosphere in the hotel. The food is delicious and the dinner was amazing.

Teas and fruit juices are provided free of charge. The property provides a direct indoor access from the hotel to the public spa area. The location is fantastic with lots of activities to do especially when traveling with a toddler. The SPA wonderland area is great and my daughter enjoyed her first swim.

Breakfast consists of regional products and can also be enjoyed outside on the terrace in summer. The in-house restaurant serves dinner from 17:00 (except Thursdays, Sundays and public holidays). We cannot guarantee a table without an early reservation! This is a very nice hotel with large rooms that are well appointed. The restaurant was great for dinner and was of high quality. The breakfast buffet had a huge amount of options. Staff was friendly and quick.

The Alpine-style rooms all feature a balcony, satellite TV, a seating area, and a bathroom. Everything was excellent!!! Service, food, facilities. For us Coffee lovers, the Nespresso machine in the room was a nice touch. Will definitely come back

In summer and in winter, this centrally located but quiet hotel is an ideal starting point for all activities in Wildschönau. The hotel features a large sauna and relax area, as well as a heated outdoor pool (open in summer), both of which are free to use for hotel guests. It offers comfortable rooms with balcony, an excellent restaurant, an elevator and plenty of parking. We stopped at this hotel on our way. Accommodation and services were no problem. Everything clean. Nice staff. Good breakfast. The parking was almost full, but we found a place. The hotel and around have a nice atmosphere.
