Everyone was very sweet and very professional, but we had a particularly nice encounter at our arrival with Ellie who was amazing with us. Food was very good, I suggest the pork belly which was very succulent! A bit far from historic Oxford center but very worth it for the comfort we got and we had a car, so no worries. Beds are heavenly comfy too!!!

A beautiful Victorian hotel with modern amenities and free parking. Spacious, bright room with lots of storage. coffeemaker, fridge and large screen tv. Lots of extras, bottled water, biscuits and a great selection of teas and coffees. Breakfast had a great choice and was served in the conservatory overlooking the garden. Les and his team were amazing and very helpful. 10-15 minutes walk into the city centre.
