    The hotel is very quiet and the surrounding including the room was very plush and clean. It is in a beautiful location. The ambience of the lounge, bar and restaurant was relaxing. Loved the artwork adorning on the walls throughout the hotel and it was wonderful to look at the decor. It is a lovely boutique hotel.

    modern & nicely designed rooms spotlessly clean, cosy beds large & comfortable clever choice of firm or soft mattress on either side pillows comfy, room temperature lovely & warm our room was roadside but nice & quiet so our sleep was not disturbed by traffic noise. hotel was situated in a great convenient area to walk to Bicester village, the garden Center & other nearby shops the park & ride was nearby to visit Oxford city

    Absolutely everything!! Stunning building, tasteful decor and a warm atmosphere. The grounds are gorgeous, the rooms feel luxurious without being over the top and it’s a short walk to the village with a lovely little pub!! Food at the hotel was delicious and there’s a cozy little bar! The colleagues are a credit, we had a lovely little history of the building as we were shown to the room, just a really pleasant trip where we felt welcomed and content!

    Location excellent for visiting Bicester Designer Village and Oxford. Staff were all very friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Would like to mention Rocia ( I think that is spelt right!) in particular who was brilliant! Food was lovely and there was plenty of choice. Cocktails also fab!!

    The hotel and the staff were really our saviors after an awful experience we had at our previous accommodation. We booked here very last minute and Michael was so welcoming and reassuring on the phone and again on arrival. Lovely family room, spacious and beautiful garden. You can tell the staff take a lot of pride in what they do and it’s in a brilliant location if you want to go to the designer outlets.
