this location is the old Hastings town and has beautiful views from breakfast room and is wonderfully decorated and super comfortable. The Hosts , Karen and Malcolm, are super helpful and friendly and go way beyond the normal !! and i would recommend this location to anyone.... !

Very clean and comfortable rooms. Rick was so helpful with advice about nearby restaurants and attractions. We felt very cared for and really appreciated it.

With 5 stars and a Gold Award, this seaside boutique B&B is metres from the sea and has fantastic views. It combines Victorian character and elegant, modern design.

All of the stylish rooms are individually designed and each has free WiFi and a large flat-screen TV with Freeview digital channels. Bathrooms have an American-style power shower, bathrobes and luxurious toiletries.

The owners were kind, caring and made sure we had a wonderful breakfast, and helped us learn the lay of the land - super! Great hosts. Welcomed with coffee and a chat, a map of the area and the cutest pups!

A wonderful long weekend away, staff were kind warm welcome, food was lovely, rooms were great,can't find any faults will certainly recommend to friends and family and will certainly be going back. Hotel was in a great location, all staff were very happy, chatty and nothing was too much.

    The location is brilliant - quiet street, the neighborhood safe, and walking distance to the beach and town. The interior design was stunning, and nearly everything you'd ever need was provided (even books and DVDs !) The bed very comfortable and sheets clean, and a good night's sleep.

    A stunning boutique hotel, with excellent attention to detail. We stayed in the Yellow Room, which was lovely, spacious and with a great view. The location, in a quiet lane in the middle of the old town, is perfect.
