Sky pool is a plus. Staff was extremely welcoming and helpful. I booked Queen Superior room with city view. On a clear, sunny day you can even see Mt. Fuji from your window.

Attractively situated in Kyoto, THE GENERAL KYOTO Shijou Shinmachi features an American breakfast and free WiFi throughout the property. This 4-star hotel offers room service and a 24-hour front desk.... We are very loyal members of a well-known international hotel brand, and we had a comfortable week-long stay with them booked for our time in Kyoto. A few days before our trip, my husband stumbled upon The General Kyoto and on a complete whim, we cancelled our reservation with the other hotel to give The General a shot. Best decision we could've possibly made! The neighborhood is conveniently near every temple, shopping opportunity, and POI you could want in Kyoto proper, plus well-situated near transit for easy access to day trip opportunities. The hotel itself is nicely designed, super clean, and equipped with all the conveniences (water jugs, robust toiletries, paid laundry downstairs, umbrellas, etc.) Breakfast was a wonderful start to the day, every day, and our daughters loved having snacks to come back to after a long day of sight-seeing. "Full housekeeping" was only after 3 nights, but every day we returned to emptied trash, clean towels, and made beds - we couldn't ask for more! But far and away, the best thing was the customer service! From the moment we checked in, we were treated with the utmost respect and kindness. Nami, in particular, was an angel! She went out of her way to give our girls special treats every time we saw her, helped us to check in early, and went to great lengths to call a tour operator for a totally different part of our trip, translate, and give personal advice about getting around. The staff at breakfast was so kind and understanding of our girls' young ages; they always made them special fruit plates and took time to talk to them each morning. The front desk staff was also always so kind and willing to help. When we return to Kyoto, there's no question where we'll stay again. Thank you, all!

Featuring 4-star accommodation, Hotel Metropolitan Tokyo Haneda - 2023-10-17 Grand Opening is located in Tokyo, 3.4 km from Miwa Itsukushima Shrine and 3.7 km from Omori Hachiman Shrine. The hotel is located 50 meters (or less) from the JR Monorail station to Haneda Airport (one stop to international terminal 3). It took me only 20 minutes to go from my room to check-in. The hotel is new, stylish, comfortable, and sound-proof. The restaurant looks cosy and offers Italian and international food (although I did not try it).

In a prime location in the centre of Osaka, Centara Grand Hotel Osaka provides air-conditioned rooms, a fitness centre, free WiFi and a terrace. The breakfast had many choices and was amazing. The location was central to most things. We loved the aquarium.

Attractively set in the Nakagyo Ward district of Kyoto, insomnia KYOTO OIKE is situated 1.2 km from Kyoto Shigaku Kaikan Conference Hall, 1.5 km from Nijo Castle and 1.8 km from Samurai Kembu Kyoto. It was a nice small hotel that had everything we needed. The location is good, our room was clean, and everything was new. They have bicycles available for free for their guests, and we used them every day! We were surprised by the price - we got more than we expected.

Located within 20 km of Sankeien and 21 km of Yokohama Marine Tower, Hotel Metropolitan Kamakura provides rooms in Kamakura. Great value- great location- great staff Did not use any facilities outside of the room so cannot rate those. Stayed in the moderate double room
