We have stayed at the One and Only Palm (which was exceptional) and decided to try this new one. They are very different in style and feel. The palm feels like a family home, very personal and comfortable. This one is ultra modern, city vibe with many dining options and nightclub etc but also outstanding. From the moment we arrived we were so impressed by the staff and the amazing property. We had dinner in StreetXO which was great and the breakfast was so good. Not just the usual huge buffet but a combination of A La Carte and buffet which was a very nice touch (no standing waiting for an omelette). We then spent the day at the infinity pool which was perfect (high end beach club feel) Thank you One & Only Za'abeel and staff!

I have a lot to say about the hotel. Although I usually find negative things in every hotel, I did not find any faults in this hotel, even though I stayed for one night. All the hotel staff are very hospitable and always ready to help. The hotel is very clean and has many convenient conditions. The bathroom has plenty of towels, and it is very clean and has good water. We were pleased to have a safe, iron, mini bar, refrigerator, TV, and large work desk in our room. The bed was very soft and big. You can ask for anything you want, they will bring it to you. In addition, we ordered penne with meatballs and tomato sauce and a Caesar salad with smoked chicken for the room. The order was delivered to our room by a young man named Sabbir, and we are grateful to him for the accuracy, hotness, and quick preparation of the order. We also asked him for a type C adapter and he helped us get it for us. The hotel also has a very nice pool and spa services, which I definitely recommend taking advantage of.
