Great location. Super clean and well thought out apartment. Great communication with management. Pretty much a perfect example of a small hotel/guesthouse. 100% would stay there again.

So happy we stayed here! One of the top hotels we've ever been to. Space was generous, comfortable, and well-appointed. Service was excellent. Beds were comfortable and everything was clean. Wish we could have stayed longer!

Beautiful location overlooking Sao Roque and across the water to Sao Jorge. The apartment had everything we needed and when the sun was shining we loved the large balcony-patio. From this location, you're close to so many things (assuming you have a car). Our host was amazing before, during, and after our stay, responding by text very quickly whenever we had a question or needed anything. She was fantastic and made us feel so welcome. The kitchen is excellent, and so are the bathroom and beds. Very quiet at night.

This was our favorite stay of our trip and we stayed at 3 different locations.
Private, clean and big room with private bathroom and lots of privacy. Secure parking within steps and beautiful authentic hosts.
It’s clear the owners take pride in their belongings and hosting, they were available for any and all questions and even showed us items around the house we wanted to know more about.
Beautiful eating area with a gorgeous view and even offered us fresh sweet ride pudding and banana bread!
We burnt our dinner one evening, and Paulinha offered us part of her own dinner.
Central area which allowed us to return to areas around the island we wanted more time at and walking distance to grocery store as well.

Beautifully designed small hotel with lovely grounds, close to the airport and downtown Ponta Delgada, but very quiet and peaceful. Ample parking. The front desk staff were very welcoming and helpful, the rooms were spotless, well-equipped and comfortable. The breakfast was extensive with fresh fruit, yoghurts, cereals, different kinds of bread, meats, cheeses, cakes, etc. and egg options cooked to order. We didn't have time to try out any of the spa facilities so cannot comment on these.
The house was great - extremely clean, very quiet, next to nature and hiking routes, next to the village attractions, next to eating places. We were 2 full days exploring around without the need to take the car. Also the house has heating, which was good in the winter evening. The outdoor part seemed very cosy but due to the weather we did not use it. The house is next to a football peach, but it did not bother us at all. There was training only on one evening and from 10pm it was all quiet.
The staff was incredible. We loved the living room and spent a lot of time in this space. The pool and spa area are very clean and relaxing. The tidal hot springs close by are one of a kind. Access to Sete hiking is great. We ate at the restaurant every meal and loved it. If you like nature, luxury, farm food and hot springs then this is the one. We had a 2 night reservation and left for another hotel but decided to come back. Thanks to the team that created this space.
location was really good right on the edge of town so i could get into the beautiful countryside quickly, the owner jose was really friendly and helpful a very good man in my opinion and was willing to go the extra mile to make the stay as enjoyable as possible, kitchen facilities were good enough to make proper melas, wifi was excellent far better than at the airports on the journey, was quiet at night so got good nights sleep and bed was comfortable

A wonderful location to stay, we liked everything! Beautiful big house, has all the facilities you need. Nice welcome present with some bread, butter, cookies, much appreciated. Very quiet and peaceful. In the middle of fantastic nature of Santa Maria island, a convinient base to stay for hiking. Also just 10 minutes walk to the village Santo Espirito which has a grocery, bakery and 2 cafes.
