It is an old azorean rural house renovated with a very good taste and decorated with very nice old forniture and with a very nice garden

I am a retired surveyer. Now i am an amateur actor and i promote every week, with some friends, poetry meetings at a local bar. My wife Paula is an History teatcher at a secondary school in Ponta Delgada.

The house is located in Livramento - Ponta Delgada, less then ten minutes by car from the City center and at the same time near the countryside. Pópulo´s beach and Milicias´s beach are at the walking distance of less then 10 minutes and you can get public transports to several points of the island in less of two minutes from the main door. If you get a rent-a-car you can also easily reach anywhere on the island because the higway is about 250 m from the house. If you like to ride horses you can book it at Quinta da Terça wich is located 5 minutes by foot. There is also in the neighborhood a good supermarket less than five minutes walk and a snack bar within a hundred meters. You can see also the local church less then hundred metters
