Set in 66 acres of glorious parklands, it is just 5 minutes from the M3 and has a 2 AA Rosette restaurant. So beautiful, relaxing and calm after 42 hours travelling. Not so posh as to be intimidating, perfect in all its wobbly bits and creaks. Our suite was like walking into a period drama and the smell of fresh flowers was so lovely. Super comfortable bed, beautiful bathroom, gorgeous everything.

I liked the friendliness of the guy that was working there when I checked in. He carried my bags all the way to my room. He showed me a couple of the nice in the house. And the bed that I slept in was very comfortable! It was very soft like a cloud and the pillow was nice and the blanket was nice and I slept so well. Clean. They were cookies there for me to eat. All together just a lovely stay. And the building was gorgeous.

We received a very warm welcome from our hosts. Our room was spacious, comfortable and clean. The pub is in the countryside so quiet and peaceful. Booked the pub as a surprise for my partner for Valentines Day. The pub was nicely decorated and a lot of effort had been made. It felt like a special evening. The Valentines dinner was lovely and the service was excellent. Breakfast was very good too. Parking was included. We enjoyed it so much we are returning for 2 nights early April and we hope to enjoy the local walks.
The location was lovely, beautiful countryside, quiet and peaceful and convenient to the places we wished to visit. The weather was also perfect.
Fantastic room, beautiful decorated and very comfortable. Everywhere was immaculately clean and the countryside location was very quiet and peaceful. Parking was easy and hosts friendly and helpful. The cooked breakfast was delicious and perfectly cooked with the addition of cereals and fresh berries. Great find.
It was a very quiet location with trees all around, in the countryside. Peaceful/ restful. Found it easily, with use of Satnav and excellent written details from our hosts. The hosts had provided us with a Welcome pack of essentials , including breakfast cereals,milk,bread, biscuits,beverages and fruit. It was a good location for access to other parts of the New Forest. The hosts had provided maps and leaflets which I used for planning our daily trips.
Quiet peaceful location in the heart of the New Forest countryside.Emersed in Naturell with wild animalisch everywhere. Close to Paultons Park/Peppa Pig World, Beaulieu river and motor museum, Lyndhurst. Good eating-out options with good local Pubs with local beer.
