I liked the friendliness of the guy that was working there when I checked in. He carried my bags all the way to my room. He showed me a couple of the nice in the house. And the bed that I slept in was very comfortable! It was very soft like a cloud and the pillow was nice and the blanket was nice and I slept so well. Clean. They were cookies there for me to eat. All together just a lovely stay. And the building was gorgeous.

The staff were lovely. Couldn't do enough for you & were extremely friendly. Very good. The room was warm & comfortable & we had a lovely view. It was also nice & quiet.

Beautiful to look at from the outside, when we arrived there was lots of deer out the front which was so lovely. The inside continued to look so nice, just felt luxury. Each hallway was decorated wonderfully like little nooks. There were open rooms with seating to sit in and read or have a coffee which had exception views.

The Warbrook House hotel is a hotel based in an old mansion in a quiet part of North Hampshire in the countryside near Hartney Whitney and Hook, west of the M3. The hotel has spacious grounds, is quiet, well located and comfortable with nicely decorated rooms. I had an upstairs front facing double of good size, and was warm, with en suite. Ample car parking to the side, pleasant surroundings, helpful staff and good amenities. Would use again.

Incredible staff, grounds, comfort and luxury without airs and graces or snobbery that you find in some hotels. It's like going to a home from home (if your home was a grand mansion with staff) and they fall over themselves to pamper you and make you feel special. It's a real gem. Unpretentious, no influencers, cosy but extremely luxurious at the same time. Special mention to Lena in the reception, Richard in the lounge, and Wieskewa (so sorry if this is spelt wrong) who served us at breakfast and told us how much she loved the ducks.

Beautiful cottage, thoughtfully, tastefully and creatively decorated. Homely, cosy and spacious. Warm, bright. Loved the views into the lovely courtyard through large glass patio doors and stable doors. All amenities worked well, comfy beds, good plumbing, good lighting, super clean. Felt like well designed home from home. Maria was a wonderful host: responsive, organised, professional. Loved her folder with useful local information. Located in quiet village with an easy walk to a peaceful path running along Basingstoke Canal.
