The views are amazing even if there is a roof blocking a bit. We went down to the sea. Amazing view. Decently stocked kitchen with yoghurt and bread, butter, cereals, milk etc. Rooms were nice and clean. Nice quiet part of the country.....very peaceful.

This was exactly what we wanted. A quiet, quaint cottage in the countryside. We are a group of 4 friends that are all new mums/mums of young kids. We opted for a quiet getaway to get some sleep and catch up with friends. A full working kitchen so we could do any meals, close to Kilcar village for the shop & close to other attractive amenities..whether that be walk along the beach or a pint. It is a beautiful part of the world and would highly recommend it to any friends or families that need some time to switch off.

If you are looking for a relaxing, comfortable Donegal break in a peaceful and idyllic setting then look no further. The suite is decorated impeccably, oozing class and style. After a day of hiking and sightseeing it was the perfect location to relax, watch a movie, listen to some records. Alison is a lovely host who ensured everything was thought of to ensure our stay felt like a home from home. When we return to Donegal I would have no hesitaion in booking The Baahouse Suite again.

Arches Country House is a perfect place to relax. We enjoyed a comfortable accomodation and a lush breakfast. We had a room with a lovely view on the lake and the surrouding woods. It was very quiet and the furnishing of the spacious room was luxurious. We went on hiking trails nearby and took lovely trips to the cliffs and the shore. Noreen provided us with a perfekt breakfast and she gave us useful tips for our trip. We highly recommend Arches Country House. We would have loved to stay longer! Thank you Noreen!!

The room was very clean and well appointed and a good size. Breakfast was very good with a good buffet selection. The landlady Theresa was very helpful with suggestions for trips. There is a kitchen available for your use to make tea coffee etc. Due to its setting it is very quiet and peaceful with views over the countryside
