Featuring a terrace, Olivia Estate Villa with Private Swimming Pool is a villa, situated in Elia. The property boasts views of the sea and is situated between Nikiti and the cosmopolitan Neos Marmaras. Free WiFi is featured throughout the property.

The house is clean and well maintained. Not all rooms have private bathrooms, but there are additional common bathrooms, so they were more than enough for a group of 8 people. The private parking is very convenient, so, even though some 20 minutes driving is needed to visit the beaches we chose, this was not a problem for us. The host and the cleaning staff were responsive, friendly and helpful. The house has lots of open space in the gardens and around the pool.

    The staff was just lovely, the room was cleaned frequently, had toiletries and towels. Our room was at the back of the hotel so it was also very quiet and peaceful.

    Great location, very peaceful and quiet, especially in the evening/night. The pool is excellent and a very nice addition to the whole experience. A big thank you to Yannis & Team for accommodating us (we got an upgraded room to better fit our family of 3). Definitely, a place to revisit in the near future.

    Thank you Effie and Yani for your lovely hospitality! Your premises is absolutely gorgeous, peaceful and super clean. Located in a quiet spot in nature with a Vineyard, beach view and only 6 minutes drive from Neos marmaras. Stayed there for 3 days and was epic!

    Clean, spacious, comfortable, handmade decorated and fully equipped apartment. The apartment had a large terrace facing the sea (in the distance). Quiet and peaceful area, very close to city center, plenty of parking spots in front of the property. The owner's mother offered us a very nice, hand-made, good-bye complimentary gift made by herself. Thank you, we will come back with great pleasure!
