The hotel is placed on top of a hill with a beautiful panorama view over the sea. It has beautiful palm trees gardens, nice room terraces to enjoy the view and the garden. You need the car to go to the beach.
The breakfast was amazing, almost close to a brunch as a menu. Very diverse, everyday something new was added to the menu.
The pool clean, large enough to accommodate easily 20 people - plus the view over the sea staying at the pool a true pleasure.
The hotel is pet friendly, and the gardens around the hotel allows for morning and evening walks in the shadow - the dog loved the hotel too.
The staff friendly, careful to offer the best service, even making on request cocktails and snacks - the food overall pretty decent.

The rooms are sparkling clean. The mattress is very comfortable. The hotel has a parking and it is in a quiet area that has very nice tavernas. I had a room that was overlooking the sea very nice to arrive with a pink sunset. The hosts are very attentive and helpful. I highly recommend this place.

Amazing location. Right next to two taverns which ,without exageration were one of the best o have been in, close to supermarket approximately 5 min walk to it, and ofcourse right at the beach! The beach is not one of the best in greece, the sand was rocky but the view is amazing and also its right at your doorstep :)

Marmaras is a gorgeous little town. It has numerous restorants, coffe shops, gift shops, etc. The town is very narrow and because of it, it is a bit difficult for walking but it has its natural charm.

Beautiful, peaceful seaside village with restaurants bar and small shops open. Hearing the sound of the sea from the balcony was so amazing.
The room was great for a 2 night stay, hostess was welcoming warm and friendly & took great care of us during our stay.
The room was stylish, clean and modern with just enough facilities for a short stay. Everything working perfectly well and the place felt calm and relaxing.
The local Ta Kymata fish & seafood restaurant was outstanding - fresh, stylish & delicious food.
Highly recommend Neos Marmaras for a stay in Halkidiki!

Lots of lovely bars, cafes, restaurants and shops. Not much public transport, but a fun train around town in the evening. A hilly area so not suitable for those with mobility problems. If you stay in the centre, the two closest beaches are a good 15-20 mins walk

Neos Marmaras was a really nice surprise for us.
Neos Marmaras was a really nice surprise for us. The city center is really great, you have a lot of places for shopping, really good tavernas/restaurants and it's a good place where you can relax after a day at the beach. The distance to the most popular beaches in Sithonia is between 30 mins - 1hour, so if you don't mind this, it's a great choice to have in mind for Sithonia.

It's a charming little town.
It's a charming little town. At the peak of the season it's too crowded. I think I would have liked it better in June when there aren't as many people. The streets are rather narrow, so when it's crowded you really notice it.
The Sweet Home hotel I stayed in is a nice place, but I can't say that so a lot of other accomodation options I saw in the town center - at least by looking at them from outside.
The Neos Marmaras beach is a better option than Paradisos beach in my opinion. You have a few beach bars to choose from. I stayed mostly at Anna Maria Beach Bar. The staff was nice, but the beach showers don't work, instead you can use a hose to wash yourself.
On the plus side, the sea was beautiful, warm and really accessible. That's probably the reason why you'll see a lot of parents with small children. So, while I'm not blown away by the beach bars, I can say that the see itself is wonderful here.
Another positive thing is the food. It's fantastic, and I ate in 8 different restaurants during my stay. I can say that all of them had tasty food options.
You can see smalls ships in the marina, and by the docs and go on a small cruise.
All in all, Neos Marmaras was a good experience, it's a lovely town but I don't think I would vise it again, simply because it's not for me. It's charming-looking, but rather steep to move around comfortably on foot, even worse by car because the streets are so narrow.
I do recommend seeing it though, but try to find accommodation near the town center or beach and avoid the steel hills.
The apartments are located in the center of Neos Marmaras, near the port. There are several taverns and beautiful restaurants nearby. We were in apartment number 9. Every recommendation for the apartment, cleanliness, service. The view of the sea, Neos Marmaras and Porto Karas from the beautiful terrace is especially amazing. The city beach is a 10-15 minutes easy walk along a landscaped promenade by the sea. Paradizo beach too, and there are a couple of small beaches nearby. In conclusion, all recommendations.
Dora is a fantastic and very helpful host. Lovely atmosphere. Large and nicely furnished 3-bed room instead of the single one, I had booked. Huge balcony. The hotel is in a quiet area of Neos Marmaras, just over the road from a nice little beach with glass clear water. Close to good fish restaurants and the traditional fishing port. Terrace with many flowers. I even received a marvelous complimentary breakfast. Next time in Neos Marmaras, I will definitely stay with Dora again.
We really liked the hotel as a new-wed couple. We liked the location. it`s just near the sea, the nice friendly stuff and a good price. We appreciate especially a man who was working in the hotel who gave us a lift to the city center for free when we were in rush for our bus. My husband is an Orthodox priest and we just really enjoyed the old city and especially the Church of Prophet Elias on the very top of it. Come and visit Neos Marmaras! It is amazing
the property is amazing, really beautiful furnished, with amazing view and it is in the best place in Neos Marmaras- the heart of the centre. We have been there for 5 days, at the third day we had a cleaning day, like in the hotels. The host was also very kind and he gave us really good tips where to go. I will choose it again if I go there on vacation.
Great location in Neos Marmaras. Very close to centre, shops, beach, restaurants and bars. The room was spacious and beautifully finished. The cut glass tumblers and wine glasses were a nice addition. The bed and pillows are very comfortable. The shower is powerful with a variety of jets. AC unit was very quiet and the area generally very peaceful.
Lovely family ran hotel with fantastic food and very comfortable rooms. Absolutely loved the location ( so close to the beach). We ate at the hotel most nights because the food was so good. After being here for one night we knew we wanted more time in Neo Mamaras, so we booked two more nights.
Already planning on coming back next year.
The apartment is very well equipped and located in a quiet area. It has a good location, easy to get to the city center, taverns nearby, and a small beach in front of the house. Plenty of parking spots on the street in front of the apartment. The host was very responsive and nice. We enjoyed our stay in Neos Marmaras.
We visited Camping Castello in mid-June. The staff were exceptional, always smiling, friendly but at the same time very professional. For every request or need we had, they found a solution. It was super comfortable and clean, and also super near to the beach and to Neos Marmaras. I strongly recommend to everyone 😊

Botanica is a lovely place to stay near Neos Marmaras - a modern, clean, and comfortable room with almost everything you'll need on vacation. The garden around the building is tidy, and everything is well-maintained. There are a lot of free parking spaces around the building.
Room is very clean with a great view. Everything inside the room is new,the microwave has even never used before. Stuff is very friendly and helpful, they gave us doughnuts as a farewell gift 😀 location is great,there are two small beaches just under the hotel
Property is very well located on a top of a hill with beautiful sea view. Sunset is a must! Also close to Neos Marmaras and beaches. The swimming pool area is well nice done and landscaped Mediterranean garden is well maintained.
