Cleanliness of the apartment, value for money and location as it easy access to town and University of Reading. The ambience is quiet and peaceful. The instruction was clear when I couldn't locate the key to access the apartment.
Absolutely loved our stay at this apartment! The location couldn't have been more perfect - just a 2-minute walk to supermarkets and the shopping centre, as well as an array of fantastic restaurants, only a 5-minute walk to the train station, making it convenient to London. Despite being right in the town centre, this apartment was situated in a quiet block, which allowed us to enjoy peaceful nights sleep. We highly recommend this place and are already looking forward to coming back next summer.

Exceptional location, very quiet and peaceful. Wonderful to sit on the balcony overlooking the Thames. Very friendly welcome from Victoria. Amazing breakfast room in this lovely historic house. Delicious breakfast too. Lovely 5 minute walk to station for Henley, Twyford or London. Nice cafe opened 10 months ago in village centre.

As we had Gathered to Celebrate George Michael’s 60th Birthday Celebration and he so Graciously had George’s Beautiful Music playing each morning in the Restaurant as we enjoyed our Lovely Breakfast it absolutely was the best and made such wonderful memories!
Definitely will be making plans to stay here again next year.
The staff, both in the evening and in the morning were greta - smiling, polite, welcoming. I was offered a choice of rooms - I chose a quiet one. The hotel is not meant to be luxurious - it is meant to be a very convenient stop in the middle of Reading. it is only 2 min walking to train station - super convenient. Offers good bed, good sleep - did not try the breakfast. If one needs luxury - perhaps they can go somewhere else - but for most travellers this is a good location and price.
The location was peaceful and quiet.
Lovely 16th mansion with beautiful grounds.
