Hi there 👋, we stayed at Tana garden for 3 nights and 4 days. We were really impressed with the place. The room is really spacious with very elegant design. They’re very thorough with their choice of materials for the guests comfort. Great wifi connection, they even have Netflix to enjoy when you don’t have other plans for the day. The common kitchen is big enough to use and their laundry is nice with dryer. They also have a very cute swimming pool, we love the landscape of the place. Tana Garden is not close to Alona which is a good place if you like a quieter environment. Though transportation is easy and motorbike rental is everywhere… Most of all, the owner is very kind. She’s very friendly and even gave us ideas about the tours. We highly recommend this lovely resort.

The price is higher than other properties in the area but you get what you pay for. Aila, the owner, checks on all the guests and does everything possible to accommodate you. The staff is great and always willing to get you anything you need.

This farm stay provides free private parking and a 24-hour front desk. Guests can make use of the sun terrace or the outdoor fireplace, or enjoy views of the mountain and river. The farm was beautiful! So many different fruits and vegetables growing. The couple who run the farm are very knowledgeable about farming, bee colonies, etc and provided a great learning opportunity for the guests. AMAZING food made using fruits and vegetables from the gardens for only 150pesos. I stayed in a tent on the property and it was very comfortable! Fresh cacao in the mornings, made tea using ginger, tumeric and flowers from the garden and went on a sunrise hike over the chocolate hills. They also have motorbikes for rent at a good price! Would stay here again in a heartbeat!

The property is non-smoking and is situated 1.2 km from Doljo Beach. beautiful home, super comfortable beds and bedding. a relief after spending 2 weeks in budget hotels. you definitely want to rent cars or motorbikes as the home is not close to most things you would do as a visitor. home is also in a dark rough pathway into a local village area but everyone is so friendly and it’s super safe. Lots of lighting around the outside of the home and very secure with perimeter walls and cameras not that we ever felt at risk. we even had all our diving gear strewn about the decks and outside to dry off and were not at all concerned.
