The location is perfect, on the high end of Verbier with the stunning views, in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood. Skiing access in and out was easy. The chalet has been refurbished with modern amenities and conveniences, but retains its rustic quality - it's the real Swiss chalet deal. The kitchen was fully kitted out and all other essentials were attended to with care and a personal touch. Unlike some of the chalets managed by large property management companies (that feel like they have been stripped to keep costs down) this chalet felt like you were arriving at home, in a condition you would expect if you owned it yourself. All of this is down to Gary, the owner and host. Gary is by far one of the best chalet owners I have the pleasure of getting to know. At all times he was gracious and helpful, and was always there if anything should go wrong (nothing did). I have skied in Verbier for over 30 years, and have been renting chalets annually here for over 20 years. I can honestly say this was the best chalet I have rented to date in Verbier, and I will stay here again.

The rooms were spacious, impeccably clean, and provided all the comforts one could ask for. I particularly loved the large windows that allowed me to wake up to panoramic views of the Alps every morning. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring I was well-rested for the day’s adventures. One of the highlights of my stay was enjoying a peaceful morning coffee on the terrace, with the serene landscape stretching out before me. The location of the house is ideal for nature lovers, with numerous hiking trails and outdoor activities just a stone’s throw away. It was the perfect base for exploring the beauty of the Swiss countryside. The hospitality was outstanding. The hosts were warm, attentive, and went out of their way to ensure that my stay was perfect. Whether it was providing local tips, arranging activities, or simply checking in to see if I needed anything, their service was exemplary. Overall, Paradise Mountain House is a gem in the Swiss Alps. It’s an ideal escape for anyone looking to immerse themselves in nature while enjoying top-notch comfort and hospitality. I can’t recommend it highly enough and will definitely be returning for another stay.
