The host communicates quickly. Housekeeper provided quick solutions to all our needs. Despite going during the holiday rush, we did not experience any problems.
We received the house very organized and many product details to be used were considered (dishwasher tablets, soap, paper towels, etc.). Having your own vehicle will make it easier to reach the center and markets, as the location is among the sites, walking for bulk shopping may be a bit difficult. There is an online ordering option for urgent needs. It provides a very calm and peaceful holiday opportunity.

The location is perfect for a first time visit to Istanbul. All the old city attractions is within easy walking distance. The public transport is a mere 10 minute walk away either way and works perfectly and effectively. There are restaurants and convenience stores less than 5 minutes' walking away. It is very convenient having a kitchen equipped with a stove and washing machine to make some of your own meals and being able to do laundry.

We booked the entire villa. The transportation here is excellent, tramway station is just right across the road. Balat section is within walking distance.
Life functions are also quite convenient, with many supermarkets nearby. We can buy food and grocery also in the morning and midnight.
For the facilities inside, is also convenient.
The kitchen has four stoves, a hot water kettle, enough tableware, a big refrigerator, and an oven.
For laundry, there is also a washing machine and dryer in the room.
The room is air-conditioned, and living room is large enough for 12adults and 2 always-running kids.
The bed is all king size except the third floor's but it was big enough to fit me and my husband.
You have to bring your own shampoo and shower gel. The hair dryer works very well!
No matter it is day or night, the view on the terrace is speechless, makes people reluctant to leave. With the tables and chairs arranged by the owner, you can barbecue, have a drink and chat with your friends here😊

It’s incredibly located for all of the old city highlights which are all within easy walking distance. The team are very kind and attentive. We felt really looked after and cared for throughout.
