Noval experience staying in a tiny house and the house itself was just lovely. The shower was fabulous. The outside area was very well set up with a barbecue.
Cottages are perfect for travellers who enjoy feeling cosy and independent in the countryside. Usually small, traditionally built houses, cottages spread across one or two floors, making them great for families, or holidays with a little more privacy.

Comfortable and cozy cottage in a lovely garden setting. Very clean and nicely presented with a well equipped kitchenette. Rhod provided an exceptional breakfast tray with fresh fruit, yogurt, cereal, bread, butter and jam.
The location was idyllic, quiet and peaceful, very roomy cottage. Inside and outside seating. Every little detail was thought about, things like a 240v double plug in the bathroom, great size mirror. Touch lamp beside bed. Comfortable bed and bedding. Amazing breakfast provided. Torches handy as its very dark at night. Lovely host.
Rhod is such an amiable host and kind person, he took so good care of us. Always open for a chat and happy to share knowledge and answer our questions. It's the small details he takes care of.
The cottage is cozy, well equipped and really nice and quiet. Convenient driving distance to Hokitika - but staying in and around the house is even better. Lots of birds to see and hear.
