Lovely and clean, lots of room. Would definitely stay here again. Lovely and warm in lounge due to heat pump, was colder in the bedrooms though. Heaters were provided in bedrooms but we didn't use.

Warm and comfortable. Facilities were great. Didn't end the fire as the heater was sufficient. Beds were comfortable too. Checking in was simple. Response was excellent with our leaking issue!

Brilliant location, our room was delightful, cosy, clean and comfortable. The Lodge had an exceptional kitchen, spotlessly clean and very well equipped. The upstairs lounge and balcony were a bonus. A very friendly welcome on our arrival by the staff member
The cozy cottage with the fire going and horses was the perfect way to spend my daughters 6th birthday in winter! We loved the views and star gazing from the veranda. Lee was lovely and my daughter was so happy to meet the horses. Would love to ride them next time! The amenities were great everything was well thought out and it made our stay very enjoyable. We will definitely be back again ☺️
Lovely warm cosy cabin. The furniture and TV were great. Location is a quick drive to Hanmer and restaurants. It was very basic but exactly what we were after for one night in Hanmer.
Cottage on Harrogate was amazing! The house was beautiful, well equipped, cosy and comfortable – we didn’t want to leave! The booking was easy, the communication with the owners fantastic and they accommodated our request for earlier check in - which made our stay perfect. We will definitely be back. The Hamner forest camp trust is amazing place to be.The cabin was comfortable .,clean and Cosy.. Prefect place to come to get away from a busy life style to refreshen enjoy creation..Town is not far lots of free things to do .if you are ready for outside adventure..God bless love coming here
A charming Swiss chalet-like hostel full of character, warmth, and nice touches for guests. Tristan is a natural at hospitality, with an innate sense of guest need. Warm, cosy rooms, a log fire, comfy beds and armchairs, a well equipped kitchen, a place radiating backpacker hospitality at its best. Highly recommended. Will remember it well.
cozy, well-furnished, clean, and vey romantic! I like the fireplace and the candles! The staff are a family who’re very friendly and kind. The renting tower, bikes are much cheaper than outside. They even got the thermal pool voucher!
Gorgeous cosy warm romantic wee cottage presented to the very highest guest of standards by hosts that clearly understand exactly what couples want for a romantic escape. Attention to detail is one of the many things that sets this place apart. We will definitely be back!
amazing service and hospitality from our host and it was such a cosy lodge that made us feel at home. there were board games, couches and a fireplace that made the stay that much nicer. location is so ideal too.
