Dalhus is the perfect place!
If you are lucky enough to find it available- just take it. Oddmund is the perfect host, and we liked the place and him so much, our only regret was that we could not stay more time. If we shall have the chance to come back to this area, we shall undoubtedly book Dalhus again. Thank you so much, Oddmund.
Cottages are perfect for travellers who enjoy feeling cosy and independent in the countryside. Usually small, traditionally built houses, cottages spread across one or two floors, making them great for families, or holidays with a little more privacy.
The view from the cabin is incredible.
The cabin was cozy, clean and equipped with everything. We really enjoyed the sunset in the veranda.
There was a room with a bunk bed with a bathroom, a French bed in a mezzanine and a living room.
On booking we read we had to rent or bring our own towels and bed sheets but actually it was not needed and they gave it us for free.
Parking spot included in front of the apartment.
Staff was friendly.
The view from cabins is magnificent and you are away from all the buzz in the town. The cabin itself was clean and cozy, fully equiped. Showering and wc areas are really clean and smells good! The lady was super nice and helpfull. Worth to stay and enjoy more than one night.
Stunning view over Geiranger fjord from the balcony. Very easy to check in and out, comfortable and cozy cottage, well equipped kitchen. We brought our own bed linen but you can also rent it at the reception
The location was perfect and the view from the cabin was mesmerising. The stay was very comfortable and the beds were very soft and cozy. All the facilities were excellent and perfectly matched our need

Very cozy cottage with the most amazing view over the fjord (even while sitting at the table inside), small kitchen equipped with enough things to cook for yourself, comfortable beds for up to 4 people, heating worked well, very friendly and helpful host - wish we could have stayed longer!
Lovely views of the water as the cabin faces the fjord and there are huge windows to sit by or on the balcony if you don't mind the cold. Fireplace made the cabin cosy.
