Nice cottage in a quiet and charming location, nevertheless close to Paultons park and Southampton, one of the reason for our visit. It is simply equipped but comfortable and cosy. Caroline was available and very helpful.

It was cosy and had everything we needed, we managed well with just the hobs to cook on. Heating did a great job, the place was warm most of the evening. Make sure you bring slippers as the floor is cold in the mornings. It’s lovely and quiet and far away from any shops or noise. We absolutely loved it in Bramble cottage and are planning another holiday there.

The cottage was beautiful with a gorgeous garden and lovely seats under the dappled shade of an old apple tree. The kitchen is very well appointed and the bed super comfy. Overall an idyllic retreat.

It was a lovely cosy little bolthole to get out on to the new forest and onto Salisbury. Very charming, our kids loved it and the beds were actually comfy which is hard to find with holiday lettings. Would definitely come back. The staff/hosts were very kinds and let us use the big garden in the large farmhouse next door whilst there were no guests.
