Beautiful cottage, very cosy, fabulous garden completely safe for dogs all mod cons would highly recommend. Set in a quiet rural location perfect for visiting the Forests, Monmouth and Ross on Wye.
Amazing location, very cozy cottage, had everything in it from shower gel to washing up liquid. Kids loved it. Husband wanted to stay extra night. Thank you for the hospitality
Lovely cottage, beds very comfortable, exceptionally clean, little extra touches really appreciated including toiletries & cleaning products. The dog accessories bowls ect where an extra bonus. Makes you feel right at home. Stunning location. Will return.
Great location, great food, super dog friendly. The cosy small living room area with the TV and board games by the fire is a nice touch. Our 3rd year visiting Wye Valley but first time staying at The Royal Lodge - it was our favourite place to stay so far so we'll be back!
Great location for riverside walks right from the front door. It was really lovely not to have to use the car whilst we were there.
The cottage was well equipped, there was plenty of space and it was warm and cosy! And there was a really nice pub at the end of the road.
The location was great and the area was so quiet, peaceful and pretty. You can park the car up for the weekend with lots of walks and local pubs.
The cottage/lodge was so warm and cosy and spotlessly clean with linen and toiletries included.
I would definitely revisit.
