The property had so much there for the size of it and somehow still doesn’t look cluttered. Lovely touch with the extra bedding, beach accessories, towels etc. The host was such a wonderful lady and it was lovely getting to chat with her before and after the stay.

Lovely quiet location, handy for Woodhall Spa and several aviation history museums in the area. Very clean, modern, spacious and comfortable apartment with everything you need. The outside space was also excellent, we didn’t use it only because of poor weather. Added bonus of an excellent indoor swimming pool and sauna. The host Mandy was lovely and was there to show us around.

The property was ideally situated for us, as we were attending an event nearby over the bank holiday weekend. The area was quiet, peaceful, and scenic. The cottage itself was very clean and well appointed, cosy & comfortable, and included thoughtful touches, such as complimentary toiletries, biscuits & milk.
The back garden was really lovely. We really enjoyed our stay, and hope to come back again before long.
Perfect location, ideal for a family getaway when traveling with pets. Cottage was warm, cosy and clean. Quiet location and beautiful surroundings not to far from Spilsby and Skegness. The cottage is well equipped with everything you need and the garden and orchard are perfect for sitting outside and enjoying the weather. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would love to go back again in the near future.
A cosy front room which had been decorated for Christmas. - we stayed over the New Year period. The sofas were really comfortable and the cottage warm and welcoming.
The garden area leading out to a lovely orchard - in the summer this would, no doubt, we a delightful spot.
Arrived as Guests; left as Friends 😊
Heather and Frank are the most amazing hosts who made us feel that their home was our home for the 4 nights we stayed. Breakfast was fab. Lots of choice. Nothing was too much trouble! (We tried not to make trouble 🤣).
Lots of National Trust, Woodland Trust and English Heritage within easy driving distance. Heather had many Guides and Walking Maps for us to use.
It was an absolute pleasure to stay at Oak Lodge.
Thank you again Heather & Frank 🥰🌿🌳
A lovely cottage in a great location with everything you need. Comfortable beds and a lovely garden orchard. I will definately return in fact I would love to live there. Thank you so much to our host.
Warm, cosy cottage. Comfy bed, thoughtful touches like milk and plum loaf. Lovely garden. Idyllic setting and off road parking. Good range of facilities in the cottage.
