We had a fantastic stay here and host Alison was so helpful. We booked short notice, on the day, after the weather turned on our camping holiday. Had it not been for Alison accommodating us we'd have had to go home. We ended up staying in two units and when we moved from one I left behind a belonging. The cleaner came to our other unit to return it to me which he didn't have to do. Everyone was just so kind, we so appreciated it. Both properties were spotlessly clean and very well equipped. We were there during a particularly cold spell and found both units very cosy and comfortable. Alison was extremely helpful and responsive. You couldn't ask for a better host (and we've booked lots of various self catering properties across the UK as well as touring with our campervan). The site is close to the beach and amenities of Hunstanton and there's a large Tesco just 0.3miles from the site entrance. We didn't use the restaurant or pool as we had our dog with us (the site is only dog friendly in the grounds, not dog friendly in the restaurant) and the park WiFi is not great as others have said but we got by with that and our mobile data. I'm sure if we upgraded to the premium one we'd have been fine but we were only there for 3 days. We liked this place so much we are looking for another trip next year. The site generally is lovely and is very peaceful. It's like the best of both worlds - the nature you get from camping with mod cons and central heating! There are lots of resident ducks on the site and we also saw a fox, a hedgehog and a hare as well as hearing owls. We wish we could have stayed longer. We'd not hesitate to recommend this host or indeed the site to anyone.

Cottages are perfect for travellers who enjoy feeling cosy and independent in the countryside. Usually small, traditionally built houses, cottages spread across one or two floors, making them great for families, or holidays with a little more privacy.
Off road parking for 2 cars in a very quite cul de sac. with mainly retired residents. Modern 2 bed detached bungalow, clean and freshly decorated with everything you could need supplied. Large raised wide deck area at the back with easy access from rear kitchen back door and patio doors of rear bedroom. Deck area overlooked a small grass lawn with views of the sea and Hunstanton beach in between the roof tops of surrounding bungalows. Ideal for a family or group of 4 (max).
Perfect location, far far exceeded my expectations. Beautiful bungalow, extremely clean and well looked after. Kitchen fully equipped, nothing I needed that I could not find. Bathroom lovely and modern great bath and shower. Property much bigger than appears in picture. Outside decking perfect for morning coffee and evening wine. Garden secure and enclosed. Sea view and sunset on an evening an added bonus. Will defiantly be back , can see this becoming a regular stay for me had an absolutely wonderful time, excellent location on top.
Binks bungalow was literally immaculate and smelled wonderful. Very well equipped and so very lovely and quiet. Beautifully decorated and didnt want for anything. Even our dog was gifted a bed, toys and treats which was soo sweet and thoughtful
