Pen-Rhos luxury glamping "Cuckoo's Nest", a property with a terrace, is set in Llandrindod Wells, 34 km from Clun Castle, 36 km from Dolforwyn Castle, as well as 38 km from Wigmore Castle. This property offers access to a patio and free private parking. The property is non-smoking and is located 28 km from Elan Valley.

We stayed at Pen-Rhos in “Cuckoo’s Nest for four nights in mid January. The scenery surrounding the ‘cabin’ was breathtaking and there was enough space between each cabin for privacy. The space was small, but perfect for two and had every appliance we needed for meals and hot drinks. The bathroom was clean and the shower heated quicker than ours at home. Llandrindod Wells had a few pubs and grocery stores that were close and convenient. Surrounding cities like Newtown, Rhayader, and Builth Wells were great for pub dinners.

The location of the barn was amazing. It was quiet and we had our own space to play games outside. The facilities were great as well everyone loved the jacuzzi and the bbq pit was pretty useful, not only to cook our dinner but to also keep us warm during the November evening! The size of the living room was great especially the fireplace. The collection of movies in the cabinets and drawers was pretty awesome! (We ended up watching all the hobbit movies)

There was everything you could possibly need for your visit, even an air fryer! The robes are a really nice touch. The hot tub is brilliant and much appreciated after a days walking. The pod was spotless too.

the property was lovely, secluded and beautiful. it is compact and intimate, very cosy and well finished. pure quality! despite how cold it was outside we were lovely and comfortable as the little cabin was very well heated. I really can’t put into words how cute and lovely it was. beautiful scenery as soon as you opened the blinds on the double doors. hot tub was excellent, enough room for two people to spread out. very clean and just a dream trip if I’m honest! love that we could bring our tiny dog who was also super comfortable

The location was great, it was lovely waking up each morning to the beautiful countryside views. Although it is based on a farm, it was very peaceful. The hut itself was very cosy and the use of a hot tub was a great addition. As a couple we both had a lovely time and our dog enjoyed his stay also!

Had everything we needed for a 2 night getaway hot tub, sauna, bbq, outdoor TV so we didn't have to go inside to watch the Euros plus all the kitchen utensils, cutlery and crockery you need. Plenty of towels for the showers and for the use of the hot tub and sauna. Amazing views everywhere you look and you're in the middle of nowhere so you don't have to worry about disturbing any neighbors just what we were looking for :)
