Beautiful quiet location. Well equipped house. Lots of utensils,plates and cups. Great shower. Netflix on the TV. Lovely peaceful garden . The owners have thought of everything. The kitchen was well stocked. Tea and coffee available. . We didn't use the hot tub but it looked amazing. Loved the small village. Went for many a walk around and so close to York. Maria and her family are so nice and welcoming

We came for my daughters 16th birthday and we were not dissapointed absolutely wonderful stay beautiful location beautiful cottage, pub food excellent staff very friendly and accommodating to my daughters needs we will be back
