Fantastic, well finished and very comfortable house. Excellent comms from the hosts. Fresh milk and biscuits, tea and coffee too. Felt very newly refurbished and perfectly appointed. Everything we could need- even Alexa! Had a feeling of solidly built, stairs solid, new carpeting. Airy and fresh. Dedicated parking for one car, but room on the road of more needed Beds very comfortable and outside space was perfect. Lovely location overlooking a field with horses in. Few minutes walk to the beach/bay and also to the local pub and shop. We weren’t sure what to expect as the house is on a little housing estate, but it was peaceful and perfectly located for our needs.

It was a lovely touch to put up a Christmas tree in a rental property. Milk in the fridge when we arrived could have been expected but not the mince pies and biscuits, a very thoughtful touch.

The flat was really clean and tidy. Very warm. The host had made every effort to be welcoming - leaving a lovely welcome pack including wine, milk and a home made tiffin! It is probably one of the nicest places we have stayed. Has a small view of the sea and beach. As close to the beach as you can practically get with an excellent restaurant/cafe about 80 meters away. Can't fault anything!

The cottage was home from home the photos dont do it justice..We felt very comfortable here and the location was great...Sky tv with the log burner made for cosy nights in after being out all day...also ample off street parking...

For us, this was the perfect place to stay to explore the area. The location is on a quiet road, overlooking the sea. On arrival we were able to park our car on the private drive, close to the front door. We were impressed immediately, both by the layout and furnishings and also by the cleanliness. Everything was spot on. The bed was comfortable, the shower room was spotless and fully working, with an ample supply of shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. The first floor, with lounge area, well-appointed kitchen and a second toilet was superbly designed to make best use of the space. The comfortable sofa was positioned to make the most of the view through the bi-folding doors on to the outside deck and the sea beyond. Instructions were provided for operating the bi-folding doors, which was just as well as they are a bit awkward. However, once we were familiar with them we had no problems. They allow full use of the outside space, being compact when open. Looking out over the sea from the deck on our first morning we saw a variety of sea birds on the rocks and were delighted to see a pod of dolphins a few hundred yards out to sea. We were fortunate with the weather so didn’t spend a lot of time indoors. However, if this hadn’t been the case we would have been comfortable. I would thoroughly recommend the annex, with no reservations at all.
