I liked the facilities in general: the pools, the sauna and the restaurants. There's also a Biergarten right in front of the hotel, where you can also get some food. The staff were nice in general.
The hotel really is very beautiful (we loved the fireplace area with a real fire in the evenings). The location next to the lake is lovely for walks. The spa is a good place to relax.
Great stay at this hotel. Excellent staff, great breakfast, clean. Had nice room with view of lake. Spa is clean, nice saunas. Beautiful surrounding areas, too, we took very pleasant extended walks along the lake. Would recommend this place and come back. Easily reachable with a 20 min. walk along the lake from the Bad Saarow train station.
Amazing location next to the lake in the woods, easily reachable by public bus on the weekdays.

For a weekend getaway, I really enjoyed this hotel. We stayed in the same building as the sauna area, so it was great to throw on a bathrobe and then just jump on the elevator and arrive straight to the sauna, pool and fitness area. Breakfast was really nice, and even included mimosa ingredients and egg station, which was a first for me in Germany. Staff were perfectly nice. Fitness center was better outfitted than a lot of other places I have been, which made working out nice.
