Very comfortable place in the town. Easy to reach shops, cafe for breakfast, thermo pool, lake for walking, etc. Perfect for family with kids (separate rooms). And quick response from the owners. They were really flexible with special wishes. Big advantage.

Bad Saarow is a lovingly designed health resort with many small shops, restaurants, bars, a small cinema, a wonderful bathing beach with a beach bar, a boat harbor and very nice people. The area is ideal for relaxing, hiking, swimming, boating and unwinding.

Close to but away from the shore of a large lake in a small hamlet of houses, there is a boat cruise available on the lake and the walks are quiet soothing. It is a very rural setting but in no way isolated. A quiet location and the food at the hotel was second to none.

Splendid town, well kept with trees and shrubs everywhere, The marina is very nice and a boat trip down the lake is a must. There are many nice places to eat, our favourite probably the Peschutte next to the Esplanade Hotel. If you like swimming etc, Saarow Therm is another must visit. All in all a wonderful place to be. We know as we've stayed here over thirty times!
I liked the space outside, the pools and the amount of areas for children to play in! They seem to heat the pools for when the temperature drops a bit and there’s no shortage of towels. On a busier Saturday it was a fight for lounge chairs but ample grass allowed for towels to be laid out. Tip: if chairs are all gone, provide picnic blankets. I also liked the ample seating and large reception area. Elevators were quick and hallways and rooms clean.
Reception staff were very friendly and the cleaners did a very good job with our room.
Great and friendly staff. Perfectly located at the lake. Loved the spa, thermal pool, and sauna area + they have one indoor and a heated outdoor pool (even though it can get busy there). The rooms are decent, it's a perfect gateway for couples. Perfect for a walk along the lake, or some relaxing time off. The breakfast buffet was good and offered many options.
They have plenty of bikes available for an extra charge - including electrical bikes
The location is perfect - direct in front of the Bad Saarow Therme, which is the main local attraction at this time of the year. There are several pleasant cafes and couple of supermarkets within leisurely walking distance. The lake is nearby as well.
The apartment itself is very comfortable and quiet, with all needed facilities.
The host was punctual, helpful, and charming.
Restaurant food was amazing. Gorgeous lake front location only 8 mins cycle from the town (there's also a bus but it stops at 8pm). Spa was really nice for a hotel spa, very welcoming as well. Massage was brilliant. Lovely spacious suite with stunning views! Very friendly and helpful staff despite them speaking no English and me only speaking a tiny bit of German!
The location and facilities were very good. 3 min walk to Bad Saarow therme. The apartment was clean and has everything one might need for short stay. The kitchen was equipped with oven, induction plates and even with dishwasher. The coffee and teas were provided, which is very thoughtful. The bed was also comfortable.
Superb location, great view, has everything you need, all the basics and amenities and welcome. Felt very comfortable and at home. Will definitely try to stay there again if possible. Elevator is a great plus, the parking garage too. Very spacious rooms, and the bidet in the upper bathroom. Really love the place.
Nice location. Great lake view. The hotel is in a quiet area, but close to the Therma. The reception was amazing. Rooms are clean and have all you need for your stay, including a small kitchen. Also, there is a parking area and you can easily park your car.
Really lovely accommodation and breakfast right next to the spa. Good communication from staff after a glitch in the booking.com system left our family of four with two rooms reserved for single instead of double occupancy. Everything worked out great.
This is a clean well kept hotel. The location is great: right near the lake and walking path, with plenty of stores and restaurants nearby as well. Our apartment had a lots of space. Rented a bike and got to explore bad Saarow and bike around the lake.
Good breakfast, overall good value-for-money. No restaurant nearby, but I enjoyed walking from the hotel to the main part of Bad Saarow. Dogs welcome. Comfortable room, has everything you need, in good shape.
Ultra clean and modern design. They take care a lot about hygiene. There are additional cutleries in the room so you can eat inside on the balcony. The managing staff of the hotel has excellent teamwork.
Location was excellent by the lake, although our apartment was at the rear, well away from the lake.
Lots to do and bike and watersports rental on site. Apartment was ideal and spacious.
