I really appreciate that the host has been in contact with me all the time and provides all towels and bed sheets in the room before we arrived and really good communication! I want to tank to the receptionist because they speak really good English and they we’re really helpful! We will definitely comeback again soon. Danke

I liked the facilities in general: the pools, the sauna and the restaurants. There's also a Biergarten right in front of the hotel, where you can also get some food. The staff were nice in general.
The house was large, very clean, had plenty of tables and the sauna was perfectly adequate. The key handover and house inspection went smoothly and the staff on site were friendly.
Great location. The spa is really nice, with nice beds to relax in. Great massage and good sauna.
The proximity to the lake, the heated bathroom floor and the cottages are very cute.

For a weekend getaway, I really enjoyed this hotel. We stayed in the same building as the sauna area, so it was great to throw on a bathrobe and then just jump on the elevator and arrive straight to the sauna, pool and fitness area. Breakfast was really nice, and even included mimosa ingredients and egg station, which was a first for me in Germany. Staff were perfectly nice. Fitness center was better outfitted than a lot of other places I have been, which made working out nice.
Sauna, jacuzzi, and the breakfast were amazing. The staff decorated the bed for our anniversary, which was sweet.
Location and hotel surroundings are really special, SPA area, relaxation area very beautifully designed, very cozy and calm. Loved the room coffe/tea setting and quality. Breakfast- excellent choice of quality food.
The customer service was remarkable. All staff members were really nice which is not common in Germany. My room was super comfortable and well decorated. The piano bar was also really nice. The wellness area was fantastic, with 2 pools, many sauna rooms, and plenty of other things to enjoy. The breakfast is included for everyone and therefore there're no annoyinh controls. There was great variety of food, all fresh and good quality.
The staff were incredibly helpful, nothing was too much trouble. The location is remote. However the countryside around was beautiful.
