Breakfast was excellent as there were so many varieties to choose from. Very clean place with good views and good atmosphere. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, were always checking up on us to make sure we were okay, and were very helpful.
Out of the 3 different hotels that we were staying at on our holiday with my kids, this hotel was by far the best.

Room size was great and air con lovely when we arrived but with no remote to make it warmer during the night, it was a bit cold as it was set at 16 degrees. 19 degrees is probably a better setting if they are not going to leave the remote in the room. They have added many rooms and a restaurant to the facility which is great.

Location is perfect. Close to town centre and where other family stayed.
Air con was great. Hot water great. Small fridge great!
Lobby is great space to congregate and wait. Always tidy and felt welcoming.
Free breakfast with the room was great. Would of loved to have some koko as a drinking option though. Wish it started earlier but finish time is great for those sleeping in 7am-10am.
