The landlady was really nice and warm greetings. She instructed how, when, where which never miss any single detail then we could find everything easily either to access location or get into the house. The interiors have enough eveything you need even the kitchenware if you prefer self-cooking. The location is great with a street full of food choices, small marts such as Aeon, Winmart, CircleK, etc... just 15 mins walk to the Swan Park which is amazing for who enjoy nature, green park, lake and friendly-kid playground. Cycling around the lake also a great option for family activity. We super enjoyed it.

This hotel is in a great location in the heart of the old quarter. It was very easy to walk every where. Even though the hotel is very central, our room was very quiet and the bed was super comfy. It was my birthday while we were in Hanoi, and the hotel staff delivered a complimentary bottle of wine and a birthday cake to our room, which was a lovely surprise. The staff were great and looked after our luggage while we spent two nights away on a cruise. Great breakfast too!

Staffs are extremely friendly and helpful. Location of the property is in a prime location situated at Old Quarters, convenience to assess most tourist parts of Hanoi Old Quarters. Particularly room we stayed had slightly bad soundproofing but not to the extent that it is horrible. Overall stay was EXCELLENT and I would suggest anyone visiting Hanoi (regardless of type of traveller) to stay here!

Many things to like and many things to say! First thing first! Hats off to Ms.Lily & Ms.Hoa! If you want to learn guest relations, they are the people to meet! The hotel is centrally located and it's near every landmark, you can walk everywhere within minutes. We didn't need grab or any other means of transport, since everything was just walking in 10 minutes - the water puppet show, the museum, the temple and even the famous markets! The hotel is surrounded by coffee shops and restaurants where you can enjoy the local food and drinks! Rooms are comfortable with all the amenities that are needed, the beds are soft and you sleep in them like a baby! We took the room, which was facing the street, but there were no disturbances at all! Then comes the breakfast, great options, and good variety, even for vegetarians! The best part was, that we told them that my wife is a vegetarian and couldn't eat much in the breakfast, so the chef made some really tasty veg rice noodles every day of our stay! The fruit platter is a must-try! Ms. Lily, she is a wonderful soul and she will make sure your trip is perfect. She organised an entire tour for us covering, Haylong bay, Sapa and Ninh Binh.. the arrangements were perfect, whether it was the stay in these places or mode of transportation! Ms Lily had organised everything perfectly! Infact she was constantly in touch with us via whatsapp during each leg of our tour to ensure our comfort! We are definitely coming back to stay here! Not just for the hotel, but for the people as well!
