We spent one night here, the room was very good, clean, and comfortable. Everything was functional. We had a nice view from the bedroom window. The staff is not speaking much english but enough to understand each other 😊

The hotel is new, modern, clean with large rooms. It is easy to access, has good WIFI, strong showers and secure parking. The staff were friendly and despite having limited English all my needs were met. It's next to food places but you'll need a motorbike to get around as it's too far to walk into town. 5 min drive to town.

We only went to Sa Dec because my VN wife wanted to go there. Wasn't worth it. We won't come back. Food was mediocre/bad, service was discombobulated/lousy. There's nothing to see/do in Sa Dec. The sights are disappointing and the amount of trash lying around is disgraceful.
Lousy taxi service. Small selection of restaurants. All in all, a huge disappointment.
The hotel (Van Kim Long) was the best thing.
