Nothing. Stay clear of this place their is a non disclosed "security" deposit not disclosed of 100 Dollars on Booking.com You have to pay this and they tell you you can expect it returned after one week. Two months nearly from my stay and despite emails from me to them I am still awaiting the refund. No issues raised re my stay. NO response acknowledgement from my email.😞😡

Large and spacious room that was clean and well appointed. Staff friendly and attentative and visible at every entrance and exit. The check-in process was fast and I very much appreciated that. I had done a pre check in but needed key cards...if I said that to the concierge she might have even been quicker because she assumed I needed to do more than just show ID and get a card.

Breakfast OK - some days better than others - all pre-cooked and heavy on carbs.
The place was close to where I wanted to be. The hotel tried to get way more than what I booked for. I asked for but didn't get a 1st floor room until getting in contact with booking.com.They also tried to keep my $100 deposit. Someone there charged my card after I left. The carpet was dirty. The toilet kept running unless you shook the handle several times. The Desk clerks refused to give me receipts. There was 1 woman at the desk who was honest but she had no real authority.

Various restaurant's in the area of Woodbury, Syosset - great steak house's, Italian, Greek and Diner's. Relatively easy access to beaches on both shores - North shore calmer waters, South shore - the ocean. Fantastic views from various harbors and a number of museums. Access to NYC - train ride away.

Really nice venue with large rooms, nice bedside lamps and...
Really nice venue with large rooms, nice bedside lamps and charging ports, convenient parking. No fault of the hotel's because of Covid, but we missed the excellent breakfast they used to offer. We will definitely return if we need accommodations in the area.

Staff are very nice and try to be helpful but they have no control over who they rent to. The people who were staying there I saw were there because their company was looking for the cheapest place to house their employees. This creates an element most folks are not happy to be staying with.

Went to see a concert in Huntington. Was close enough to Huntington, affordable, clean and an overall nice stay. Loved the pool. Although it closed fairly early (7:30) which on a day that’s 98 degrees (92 still at 7:30, and light out still, is way to early!)
I stayed here for 5 nights while on business. I liked the friendly atmosphere and found all the staff to be delightful. The room was large, comfortable and clean while the food both for breakfast and dinner was excellent. I was really pleased with the complimentary shuttle service - you could request a ride to anywhere within 10 miles or so of the hotel. I really enjoyed talking with the various drivers over the 5 days and this service really was icing on the cake. I would certainly stay again.
This was my first time at this Best Western in Woodbury. ANY of the staff were very friendly, courteous, helpful. Even in checkin in late at night "DeQuan" was delightful. I REALLY preferred my room on the ground level and close to the ice/vending area. Being on the back side it was especially quiet and I loved, LOVED!!! the view of the scenery with gorgeous trees. I will be back and request same room!! Can't wait to see what it's like in warmer weather with the pool!!
I double checked with all three front desks to see if I could extend my room, and everyone told me yes, but today they suddenly called me and told me no. I asked her why and she said they didn't even tell her, so you had to leave today. I've been staying with you for a month and it's been a great experience. Now a poor pregnant woman who doesn't know where to go. Because the hotel receptionist told me I must leave now. Back to the room tomorrow.
Very poor customer service.when you call they put on hold for half an hour and never returns your calls. Found extra charges on my credit card. For a whole week been trying to reach them and no one has offered to help. Had to call the main customer service and when they tried contacting the hotel they were also put on hold . Filled a claim for me . Still waiting. Not a place a can recommend anyone
Staff were really friendly and helpful, especially with a request for slightly later check-out as I was attending a wedding close by the day before. Price is expensive for the location and what else you can book in that area, but it was convenient + clean + the room had everything I needed.
The hotel is very close to a supermarket, a bagel
shop and some sweet shops. You can walk to any of these.
The property had a pool and it was very quiet
because there weren’t many people around that time.
As always, wonderful stay. The hotel is just amazing, well located and excellently refurbished, personnel is helpful and the amenities are in good state. the nearby Volpe restaurant is just fantastic.
Front desk was a lot of help! Staff were so friendly. Bed was super comfy and I loved the little kitchen area. The shower was so nice had jets, and 2 shower heads.
