I've never actually seen all of Weslaco, but the hotels are amazing. I was very close to South Padre Island, the Mexican border in case I wanted inexpensive dental work or just wanted to hang out and shop. There's a lot of culture in the area, and the people are very hospitable.

If you came to Weslaco for dental services, nearby is Nuevo Progreso, famous for dental services and nice prices for Americans.

I was born n raised in weslaco. At 15 my parents moved to west Texas which I hate. So weslaco itself was great. Some of the restaurants were not very good. But being back home was amazing. Motel not so good.

The city has a lot of restaurants and stores where you can find anything you want. It easy to find places because the highway is close to the Best Western Hotel and also it is close to Isla del Padre.

Fast food and a shoppette grocery, within personal walker distance. Dollar Tree and more fast food and fast food gas stations, very short drive..
I like Jack's, very, very short drive, hate using my walker to cross the street.
10 min. to International Boarder parking. Opens at 0800 am. Short walker walk across bridge to my dentist.
For Me, everything I need, close.

Forgot in write up, ice machine not far from room, great, filled bucket twice. Drink a lot of water, brought my own, enjoy water...
Water pressure in the shower was great, comfortable bed, pool and hot tub were awesome, room was cold so the a/c worked great, sitting area in the room, lighting in the room was awesome too. Awesome location to what we had planned to do here. Breakfast was great too. On the weekends there's this guy there making cook to order omelets and breakfast tacos. $3 for the omelet and $2 for a taco and they're not skimpy either. He has a great attitude and food was delicious.
This is our second stay at this location and we loved our stay the first trip, made sure to book here again! The staff is very welcoming, and super helpful in anything we need. I love the fact that it's a nice and quiet area. Very clean. The breakfast is a plus for our family of 6!! I honestly don't have any complaints.
The staff were very friendly. Chef Chris was awesome! He was personable, welcoming, and accommodating for my breakfast requests. The beds were comfortable enough. It was the least expensive hotel in the area so it was good enough for the value of what we paid. It is easy to get to because it is just off of the highway.
You need to take this Hotel out of your listings, because is going to give a bad reputation. It's the worst of the Worst. I will never stay there and do Not Recommend. I want a refund. It's not what I agreed to and they did not provide.
That we were allowed to go into our room a bit early, room was already cleaned & ready, I had some dental work done and was in pain, resting was needed and hotel helped us out, our favorite hotel..
The breakfast was decent and the location was perfect. I was traveling to Mexico to see a dentist, this hotel was perfect because it was a straight shot to the boarder of Mexico.
