Unprofessional- charged us even though we cancelled our reservation. Contacted the hotel and Fernando could not find a reservation but assured us we would not be charged. Two days later we were charged almost $200. When I contacted the manager of the hotel she said there was nothing she could do about it and will not even give us a partial refund. This is no way to treat customers especially during a pandemic. Very dissatisfied

Breakfast was really good, basic but tasty. The lady who attended the breakfast made a delicious sauce, Mexican sauce, and really nice coffee! my family and I appreciate it a lot!!
I found an excellent rate in this platform and an extra discount for membership. I've been at La Quinta Inn before and this price was great.
for some reason, our reservation had been cancelled but front desk lady was ready and helpful to get it situated. she went out of her way in getting phone number to call. once confirmed, she gave us key to room while waiting for email from booking.com. she also gave us shortcuts on how to get back to hotel so we wouldn’t have to make a big loop.
The Breakfast was delicious. Everything was nicely stocked and fresh. Very nice environment. Very nice staff. The hotel location was perfect and very convenient to our plans while visiting. I loved that there were stores, and eating places nearby too.
This place has the best security all doors locked, I love that you can't go past the front area with out ba key card, spacious rooms, full size frig awesome.
