I love the convenience of parking and getting to my room easily. Love the receptionist. She was very friendly and helpful. She even went over to Starbucks to fill my wife's cup with hot water for her tea.

I like to stay in Torrance when I have to do anything around downtown LA or at SoFi Stadium. Not too long of a drive away from either. Being from the Bay Area I already have fast trak so I beat most the traffic when heading either way from Torrance. And the price of stay is almost cut in half than staying near the stadium

Not much to tell, I was there to take care of some business so this was not a pleasure visit. I was there on a Sunday so most of the businesses were closed. We located a Chili’s that was open and had a meal.

Great family neighbourhood.
Great family neighbourhood. Mix of commercial and residential properties. The area has all popular car rental companies in the same area - 10 min walk from Best Western Plus hotel. A lot of restaurant options to choose from including Indian, Chinese and fast food. Very quite and not too crowded. Lovely to walk around the area including visit to a nearby Art Museum and Departmental stores and Mall.

HORRIBLE PLACE, ROOMS ARE DIRTY, STAFF IS UNAWARE OF OPTIONS, NO MANGER ON DUTY AND STAFF UNABLE AND/OR UNWILLING TO ATTEMPT TO CONTACT ANYONE IN CHARGE. CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD FOR THREE DAYS THAT I DID NOT STAY. HAD TO CONTACT BOOKING.COM FROM THE PARKING LOT TO TRY TO RESOLVE THE ISSUE. LEFT THE PROPERTY AFTER BEING TOLD THAT I WOULD NOT BE CHARGED. NOW STILL FIGHTING TO GET THE CHARGES REVERSED FROM MY CREDIT CARD. I WOULD RATHER PAY A HIGHER AMOUNT FOR A DECENT HOTEL THAN STAY THERE, WHICH I DID.

The staff was polite, friendly and accommodating and the room was a great size. Furnishing a little dated (especially the ratchedy tan guest chair) but did not really affect my stay. My major complaint was the carpeting in my room did not feel clean or sanitary. This hotel does allow pets, and the carpet looked like it did.
I was at the hotel as a result of a home pipe leak and need for temporary relocation. This was my first stay at a hotel with my small dog, so I didn't know what to expect and the soiled spots were not immediately notice but, becoming visible in the evening when I turned on the lights. By then I was somewhat settled and did not want hunt for the perfect room.
This is the only thing that affected my stay and made me less than comfortable.
Nothing at all, property so old. Everything is broken down, and old and run down. Doors have holes on them, the rug is filthy and all tore up, the lid of the bathroom was just placed on top of the toilet, when you lifted up it would fall off. The fan of the bathroom sounds like a loud broken down car.
Hotel charges too much money for what is worth!
Also, you would think you get a parking space because your paying for a room. NOT, and you have to park on the street.
Office clerks are totally rude. I recommend you don’t stay there!……….
Rooms were filthy, outdated, and horribly unwelcoming. The beds were worped and the linens looked old, it was very unpleasant. We stayed with these people once. I don't recall the rooms ever being so unsanitary and nasty. I had a much different experience the fist time. This time around i expected much more especially since covid. Its too bad the hotel let their standards go. It used to be a nice place.
The food in the restaurant really was quite good, and inventive in a very appetizing way, especially breakfast. I was pleasantly surprised. The staff were professional, upbeat and fun, with personality, which I really appreciated. The hotel itself had an attractive and open lobby, and the same was true of the restaurant, and the layout was good. The prices in the restaurant were reasonable also.
- Check in was easy. They asked us if we wanted to be near the swimming pool but warned us that it might be noisy. I appreciated that they gave us the option.
- Rooms were spacious and comfortable. It was what you expected from a resort.
- Location is south of LAX and is an easy drive to and from Downtown Los Angeles.
- Next to major shopping centres and many restaurants.
Ate no meals there. But the room was tastefully decorated and plenty of towels. A bit disappointed that housekeeping not back yet, but we managed just fine. The hotel was very quiet until Sunday night when we returned after dinner to find a loud party in the room next door. But, they cleared out by 11 pm. Extra entrances near the back very helpful.
The room was a good size, with an amazing bathroom that included a traditional Japanese soaking bath that was heaven! The hotel is quiet, beautifully furnished and the hotel staff was wonderful. This hotel is also situated within walking distance (just a few blocks) to Old Town with shops and restaurants. A great place to stay!
Hotel lobby is nice, facilities, chairs, tables, work spaces all quite nice. Lay down chairs and TV area, fitness facility, etc. Well kept and new. Balcony for the room was also enjoyable. Wifi pretty solid. Store in lobby makes things easy. Upon arrival room was decently clean and everything was in working order.
Spacious for 2 of us and our small dog. There were 2 beds in the “living room” in addition to the bed in the bedroom. The apartment is on a quiet and safe street, with lots of parking! There are also so many amazing Japanese restaurants nearby, as well as a supermarket, making it very convenient!
We really liked that we were secluded behind a gate. The sitting area with the fire was really cozy even though it was a bit chilly. It was a great place for my family and I to hang out and talk. Oh and the Keurig in the room! I’ve never had that before in a hotel.
This is a very nice hotel. The breakfast is wonderful and not a grab and go type that you see in other hotels. The bed is very comfortable and the room is exceptionally clean.
I wasn’t trying to spend a lot of money being I just came back from a trip so when I seen this room for $135 I thought “hey not bad for a Saturday night in Torrance”
Nice little hotel. Clean, comfortable, easy parking, pretty quiet. Had a really nice outdoor area. Great value for the price in that area. I would stay again.
