The room was spacious, if a little space, but it had a fridge and a table, so it had what I needed. It was really clean too. I honestly wasn't expecting much for the price, but I was walking in socks and the socks stayed remarkably clean for walking around on hard wood.
In Gardena, Nisei Inn is only a 20 minute drive from Los Angeles Memorial Coliseum and downtown Los Angeles. It features a hot tub, free Wi-Fi and spacious guest rooms.

It was quiet. There weren't any disturbances. The staff was nice. The rooms were clean. The location had plenty of food places nearby to eat.

Unbelievable, but true. It like winning the lottery. Your'e own privacy with separate bedrooms. Location, near my family. Within 3-5 miles to shopping location.

Well to be honest o really in a great way of feeling enjoyed the way that i was ever so very comfortable in my bed and that's only simply because of how soft it was.my favorite spot was the am pm right down the street, slurpy. I eat over at the jack in the box right in the same parking lot as the am pm.getting around is very simple.

The room had roaches that got into our luggage. The bed only had sheets on it, as in there's no fitted sheet, and I woke up literally laying on the dirty mattress. There is some kind of bar attached, so there was super loud music, super loud people, and cars skidding off. Worst experience ever

Nothing at all! The front desk charged 50 for any stains on sheets or towels. STUPID IDEA! That's part of owning a hotel. I mentioned the room was for 2 but they had me listed as one. I was told I could no longer rent a room there.
Very good location for my plans, and you do have some good cheap food and convenience options nearby (pizza, chinese, McDonalds, Walgreens across the street...). This is really it's only redeeming quality. You could say the room is clean, I mean at least not sticky, no bugs, etc. The rate was very low for the area, but after you see the quality of the room, even the low rate isn't worth it.
Hotels in LA are generally over-priced, to say the least. Although this hotel was hardly cheap, it represents much better value for money than most. It is clean and well-appointed with up to date decor. It is in a quiet area. It's location, Gardena, is not the most salubrious of places, but as a pied a terre from which to visit other areas of LA it is just fine.
Super clean and smells good ! This is where most motels/hotels in this area fall short. I have stayed here twice on different occasions and (knock on wood) have not seen one cockroach! Amazing. Staff is friendly yet firm on the policies of the hotel or you may be surrendering your 50$ deposit. Overall this is hands down the best hotel for the value and quality .
I had a nice room with a king bed. It was a no smoking room, but there were rooms near by that allowed smoking. This smoke did not get into my room, however. The linens and bath were clean. The bathtub and shower looked new. I appreciated having a small refrigerator. Thank you!
