The property was lovely and clean. The air conditioner was a bit noisy but we had ear plugs so it was no bother. The shower was huge and modern.

While many hotel chains have gone to cold grey decor, this Hampton had an old Hollywood theme and warm, inviting colors and textures. Plus the staff went above and beyond to be helpful, particularly Sam at the front desk. My husband was recovering from back surgery and Sam insisted on helping him get into the car and loaded our luggage into the back.

We spent two nights here and used it as a base to explore Santa Monica and L.A. - a bit off though but of course a lot cheaper than the hotels on the other side of the mountain. The general neighborhood of the hotel was okay, nothing special. We didn't have any time to test the pool unfortunately.
I was happy that the room was clean and had all amenities. My only complaint is price, but I understand that prices for everything is high right now. So, really it's not a complaint about your hotel, just frustrated on overall economy at the moment. Thank you. We will most likely stay here again. We will be coming back once a month this year for a sports event, so see you next month!
We had previously stayed here in November. Facility and location were nice and convenient for our stay. So we decides to stay here again for the days prior to my surgery since we live 3hrs away. We stayed Sunday thru Friday, no discount, prices were cheaper booking through bookiing.com.
The stsff at check in and check out were friendly and professional. The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The location is convenient and freeway accessible. The area is safe and quiet. The Tarzana Inn is a great place to stay and I feel good recommending it to family and friends.
The hotel managers are so friendly and helpful. They know me by name, greet me warmly, always try to accommodate my requests, and are also good-humored. I look forward to seeing them when I stay here. The grounds are well-maintained and the parking lot always has plenty of spaces.
Room air conditioner was quiet and effective; swimming pool was lovely; hotel staff was very friendly; there is ample parking. This is our fourth stay here and we will definitely be back again. This hotel is remarkably quiet considering that it is on Ventura Boulevard.
This was my fourth or fifth time staying here. It is the best hotel in the San Fernando Valley. It is in a good location, the staff is friendly, the rooms are cozy, the Wi-Fi worked well, the AC and heater worked well, all for a good price too.
