Home2 Suites By Hilton Daphne Spanish Fort, hotel in Spanish Fort

Located 39 km from University of Mobile, Home2 Suites By Hilton Daphne Spanish Fort offers 3-star accommodation in Daphne and features a fitness centre, a shared lounge and a terrace.

My family was suppose to be on a 2 hour direct flight from Ft Lauderdale to New Orleans. Spirit Airlines cancelled our flight 2 hours before takeoff with no notification, nor any valid reason. We could not get a flight home so we rented a suburban and drove home, a 12 hour 52 min drive not including any stops. We drove from Ft Lauderdale to Daphne, AL and booked a room here, as it accommodated all 6 of us in one room. It was my first time staying at a Home 2 Suites hotel. I must say it was exceptional, so much so that I started to look up more Home 2 Suites locations in all of the cities I travel to for work. I am ditching Marriott and joining the Hilton Honors Program. Our stay really only involved going to sleep immediately and then leaving 4 hours before checkout to get back on the road so we could get home. The conversation in the car once we left was how nice, modern and clean the hotel was with a hot breakfast. We will definitely look up Home 2 Suites hotels in the future when we can plan to stay somewhere.

We received the most warm and sincere welcome by the lady at the front desk. She was eager to accommodate our requests. The breakfast was fairly standard and good but at the serving area there was an unfortunate off-putting sign posted that was something like, “Please take only one serving, others may want some too.”

The hotel was great. The staff was very friendly. Good location off of I-10. Plenty of restaurants to choose from. I booked the hotel off of booking.com. However, if I would have booked the hotel right from the hotel, it would have been less expensive. Which I found frustrating.

We were told before we booked that they would debit our account in addition to the room cost but we would get the deposit back once we showed up to stay in the room After we got home, we noticed the charge of $200 plus the $180. For the room was charged against our bank When we callee they said it was because we smoked in the room. We do not smoke So we plan to file a BBB complaint and if necessary go to small claims court. Y'all $200 is a lot of money to loose

We love the location of Spanish Fort.

We love the location of Spanish Fort. Right next to causeway in Mobile. A lot of restaurants to choose from. Also, not a far drive to gulf shores / orange beach. Great shopping in Spanish fort as well. We have been here several times. We ate at Bluegills and Felix’s fish camp. Both were excellent. We also drove thru blakely state park. Great history.

I was worried about the hotel bc it was so cheap and affordable but the rooms were large and clean! The staff so friendly and helpful! The nighttime front desk worker answered all our questions about the area and the day time front desk worker, rebecca, was exceptional! Because of the storm hitting we ended our vacation early and Rebecca allowed us to do that without losing out on the money for the last 2 nights!! Very impressed & loved the area!

The staff at this hotel is exceptional. We have stayed here several times in the past 4 years and will continue to stay here a couple times a year. The staff is friendly and helpful, always. It is always clean and that means a lot!!! When making the reservation I made a request and they have always tried to fulfill that request for me.

A convenient hotel to stay on our way from Atlanta to New Orleans. Basic service but clean and really what you need if you are only staying over night and a bit cheaper than overall accommodation in Mobile, which is only a 25min drive. Breakfast was sufficient and offered a basic mix of warm and cold food.
