Very small casino and resort but very nice and quiet rooms.
Very small casino and resort but very nice and quiet rooms. Once we shut our door to our room we couldn't hear a thing. Nice big rooms along with comfy beds. Location wasn't the best . Just not much to do around there but if you have the time Van Buren and Fort Smith are about 15 minutes away I believe. We did some antique shopping there and had a great visit. Definitely will visit again. Really nothing negative to say.

The town itself is very small and no real shopping advantages, but the Interstate Inn is close by some eating establishments. The four star restaurant was our favorite place locally to eat and adjacent to the Cherokee Casino. No problem getting on or off Interstate I-40.

Rooms are a little less than standard but same price as new or luxurious. Water pressure was low and curtains in room wouldn’t close. They do not offer you a blanket in your room unless you ask for it which makes no sense since there are sheets on the bed. They charge for typically standard complementary items.

I wasn't informed there was additional money that was taking from bank account, when I got back home and saw my bank account I called them, that took a bit. Finally got refunded. I didn't have that experience the first time. I guess you call that hidden stuff, and to think when I got the final bill from the checkout that would be it. I got surprised. That will only happen to me once there.

The staff was very friendly even though they were very short staffed. I give them props for always being cheerful and willing to help. The room was comfortable and very homey. I did love the location. It was right off I40, next to a truck stop. The Cherokee Casino is walking distance from the hotel and a great little country restaurant was next door with very friendly staff that was great to eat at! Good country cooking!
When we arrived after booking two weeks in advance through booking.com the hotel staff informed us it did not have a reservation for us !! After arguing for a while we left to find another place but couldn’t . We came back by there Ans spoke once again to a manager and they finally gave us a room . This process took over an hour and was very upsetting after a long travel day
I liked the location and staff being friendly. I also liked you are pet friendly. I feel it cost too much though in pet fees. I stayed 3 nights so that was an extra 60$ and I did not like hauling bags up the stairs. But overall it was a good stay.
Excellent location directly across from the Cherokee casino. A great restaurant next to the hotel, best food we had on the trip. And, the price was great, for good reason, see "not likes" below.
Definitely a 2 star hotel but very well kept and clean, it has a safe well lit parking lot and the front desk made every effort to make sure I had everything, including safe parking.
The hotel room was not fancy, but is very clean, well maintained and affordable. The wifi was worked better than many hotels I have stayed at. The staff was also very friendly.
