We stayed one night at the Grand Mansion, Our room was very nice. It looked like a bed & breakfast place at one time but it isn't that now. Easy access to lots of restaurants and stores, We ate at Texas Roadhouse, which was very good. The next morning we ate at the Calio Cafe and it was excellent. Enjoyed the United States Marshal Museum before leaving town.

Lots to do.
Lots to do. The US Marshals museum is cool, lots of antique stores, the historical site was very interesting, some good restaurants are in the area, and we liked being close to the Arkansas River. Would've liked to do the art museums ... next time.

While we were traveling through, I chose the Fort Smith location as a stopover point based upon mileage traveled. Our accommodations were in the city and as we learned, the free parking in the area was somewhat limited. The outside eating establishments were several city blocks away. No problem for us, but those with mobility issues may want to consider the many properties we saw on the outskirts of the city.

Adventure awaits. Lots of history to experience and great scenery.
Getting around Fort Smith is not complicated at all and is a breeze once you get a feel for the lay of the land. Lots of great places to dine that are easy to locate.

We loved it here. Such a cool space! Indoor water feature.
We loved it here. Such a cool space! Indoor water feature. We did room service even though there was plenty of space to relax at the bar/restaurant. The food was good. We would definitely stay again if we travel through.

We were only there for one night on a cross country trip, but as we drove out I saw many places I would have liked to stop and explore, especially in the downtown and riverfront areas. There were numerous entertainment/restaurants/shopping areas that might have been fun had we had time.
Nothing I had a reservation arriving between 1 &. 2 am and they took the reservation and I drove 8-10 miles out of my way to and when I got there at 1;05 am I rang the bell and no response and I called the number it said for after hours and no one answered. I then went to another hotel in the area. In the process of trying to get my money back. If you could please process my refund that would be great. Thank you. there was nothing I liked about the hotel room. It was roach infested, and then the clerk accused us of stealing a face towel one face towel like my soul goal was to come to that hotel, and specifically steal one facet tail. conditions were horrible. The sheets were disgustingand the room smelt like marijuana and steel cigarettes and the whole hotel needed an extreme extermination of roaches
Room was clean. The air conditioner worked wonderfully. Bathroom had great water pressure and hot water. The bed was comfortable. Receptionist was fast and polite. The location is convenient to Garrison Ave, and Riverfront park for events. No room deposit was nice. We will stay here again when we come back to Fort Smith.
There was nothing really enjoyable about our stay.
I wish they would have been nicer 😕
The room was missing light bulbs.
The hotel was in a good location.
We will not return our business there in the future.
The owners were rude and unprofessional and treated us unkind.
Breakfast was not made at the hotel and staff preferred guest to have extra money to pay breakfast at the bistro. I enjoyed having the pool available and the gym but when it came to accommodating guest with breakfast and a clean room, the expectations were not met.
Cheaper price than others. Clean room. Comfy bed. Clean bathroom. I only stayed one night and wasn't at the hotel long, only to sleep and go, so for my needs it met everything I needed. Looked like I would have enjoyed it more if I had stayed longer.
The hotel sits in the perfect location downtown. You can walk to all the many amazing shops and/or restaurants. The room I had smelt wonderful and was immaculately clean. I booked online and the Red Roof Inn offered a fantastic price.
Check in was very easy. Rooms were clean. Would stay there again. We were there on the 4th of July. This hotel is in walking distance to the River Park so we were able to walk to the park and to watch a great fireworks display.
This was a nasty room. Super small. Blanket as thin as a sheet. Bed hard as a rock. Microwave was melting and falling apart. I am not gonna recommend for anybody. Nobody deserves to spend their hard earned money on this hotel
Very nice hotel, exceptional value, breakfast bar was very good and the room was clean and the bed very comfortable. Overall a very good experience and good values for the dollars
