The hotel was great but my exceptional rating is because of the staff and especially the assistant manager, Sharnice Thomas, who helped me deal with a complicated billing issue (something I had caused through having made multiple bookings and cancellations). At all times, she was highly professional, personable, and knowledgeable as she calmly worked through the issue. It eased the stress I had been feeling and made the rest of my stay and my trip overall so much more enjoyable. I am very grateful for her support and hope she is commended for her efforts.

It was my first time to Port Royal SC. It was a very quiet town with grocery shopping and a few restaurants near by. I loved the Sunday morning church bells. We flew in to Savannah/Hilton Head airport and drove over. Super simple. We enjoyed it so much we are looking at property there.

Avoid room 107 there's electricity problems I need to be addressed had to run drop cords to get lamps to work the whole back wall no Outlets other than that the woman cleaning the rooms was very nice checking was very pleasant the woman working graveyard I think was the owner's stepdaughter LOL not nice and booking another three nights this weekend not at that hotel

I like that the pillows on the bed were very comfortable and the bed themselves were very comfortable to sleep on. The rooms were nice and the location was very convenient. I was staying for my boyfriend’s graduation that took place on Parris Island which was just about a 10 minute drive from the hotel. which makes it easier to leave in the morning. Over all it was a good stay.
OUR ROOM HAD BED BUGS THAT WERE CRAWLING ON ME AND AND MY YOUNG SON WHO IS 7 yrs old!!!! There was also hair in the shower all over the wall, a water leak coming from the corner of the shower which made the whole floor wet after we took our showers. I am completely disgusted with this hotel.
Right in the heart of town port Royal. Very easy to get around with the golf cart amenity. Communication was easy. The house was clean and big enough for everyone’s comfort.
